Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TrustedMatchmakers ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

TrustedMatchmakers is a directory platform that connects users with professional matchmaking services. We provide information about matchmakers, facilitate consultation requests, and display reviews and ratings.

We are a directory service only. We do not provide matchmaking services directly. Any agreement for services is between you and the matchmaker you choose to work with.

User Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use the Service for lawful purposes only

User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information in consultation requests
  • Not submit false or misleading information
  • Not use the Service to harass or harm others
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Not use automated systems to access the Service
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others

Matchmaker Listings

We strive to provide accurate information about matchmakers listed on our platform. However:

  • Information is provided by matchmakers and may change without notice
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of pricing, services, or availability
  • Listing on our platform does not constitute an endorsement
  • Users should verify all information directly with matchmakers

Consultation Requests

When you submit a consultation request through our platform:

  • Your information will be shared with the selected matchmaker
  • We do not guarantee a response from the matchmaker
  • Any services or fees are between you and the matchmaker
  • We are not responsible for the matchmaker's services or conduct

Reviews and Content

Reviews and testimonials on our platform:

  • Are the opinions of individual users and not of TrustedMatchmakers
  • May be edited for clarity or moderated for inappropriate content
  • Should not contain false, defamatory, or misleading statements

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TrustedMatchmakers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TRUSTEDMATCHMAKERS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • The accuracy or completeness of matchmaker information
  • The quality of any matchmaker's services
  • The outcome of any matchmaking relationship
  • The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUSTEDMATCHMAKERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY MATCHMAKER'S SERVICES.

Our liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrustedMatchmakers, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
